Foundry Photo Studios Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Agreement:

By purchasing a Foundry Photo Studios Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Levels and Benefits:

Please refer to the membership page for detailed information on memberships and their associated benefits.

3. Minimum Commitment:

All memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months.

4. Payment Schedule:

Membership fees will be automatically charged to the provided payment method on a monthly basis.

5. Cancellation Policy:

Memberships can be cancelled with a minimum of 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing date. Cancellations received after this deadline will result in a full charge for the following month.

6. Refunds:

All membership fees are non-refundable.

7. Studio Rules and Regulations:

Members are responsible for adhering to all posted studio rules and regulations. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Respectful conduct towards staff and other members.

  • Proper use of studio equipment and furniture.

  • Leaving the studio clean and organized after each session.

  • Complying with all safety guidelines.

  • Food and beverage consumption is prohibited within the studio space, except where specifically designated.

  • Prohibited Content: Foundry Photo Studios strictly prohibits the use of its space for any form of pornography or sexually suggestive content involving minors. We reserve the right to terminate memberships and deny access to the studio for any violation of this policy.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Foundry Photo Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to personal property or individuals occurring within the studio space.

9. Modifications:

Foundry Photo Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify members of any changes through email or by posting an update on our website.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
