Foundry Photo Studios Hourly Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

• Studio reservations can only be made online.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Your reservation date and time will not be confirmed until payment is received and cleared.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made with at least 7 days' notice prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a full charge for the reserved time.

• No-shows will not be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred.

3. Minimum Rental Time:

• The minimum rental time for studio space is 2 hours.

4. Access and Security:

• Access to the studio is granted through a unique door code provided upon confirmation of your reservation. Your code will expire after your reservation slot.

• You are responsible for the security of the studio and its contents during your rental period.

5. Studio Usage:

• You are responsible for leaving the studio clean and organized after your session.

• You are permitted to use the furniture, props, and equipment provided within the studio space.

• Any damage to studio property will be charged accordingly.

• Food and beverage consumption is prohibited within the studio space, except where specifically designated.

• Prohibited Content: Foundry Photo Studios strictly prohibits the use of its space for any form of pornography or sexually suggestive content involving minors. We reserve the right to terminate memberships and deny access to the studio for any violation of this policy.

6. Liability:

• Foundry Photo Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to personal property or individuals occurring within the studio space.

7. Modifications:

• Foundry Photo Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify renters of any changes through email or by posting an update on our website.

8. Governing Law:

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
